Altered processes tool inputs on your device without account registration. The file tools do not upload your files. Website analytics are separate from file processing.

Information we process

Calculator values, text inputs and selected files are processed in your browser. We do not send file contents, document text or calculator inputs to our analytics service. Contact messages you send by email are delivered through your email provider.

Cookies and ads

Optional Google Analytics loads after you allow analytics. It can process page views, device and browser information, and tool interaction events. Search text is not included in our custom search events. Your choice is stored on your device. Declining analytics does not prevent use of the tools.

Hosting providers process requests needed to deliver pages and may keep access logs. Google Analytics data handling is described in Google's privacy policy.

File tools

Selected files stay on your device. Temporary previews use local browser URLs and are released when replaced or closed. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them. File processing is not a malware scan. Keep original copies and use care with unfamiliar documents.
